What are the responsibilities and job description for the HighRadius Product Expert position at NuStar Technologies?
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong experience in carrying out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud applications
- Sound knowledge on HighRadius configurations
- Sound Knowledge on Various Integrations from HighRadius (like Billing systems, invoicing systems, ERPs, Banks etc.)
- Experience in translating requirements into technical specifications and solution design
- Experience in gathering requirements, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation
- Experience in data analysis, conversion and migration, interfaces and reports
- Experience with system design using configuration and/or customization, integration, testing and support
- Experience in delivering end to end solutions through the entire SDLC – right from running the client facing workshops, design, build, test, deployment, UAT and handover
- As a consultant you will be responsible to carry out end-to-end client implementation of HighRadius Receivables Cloud Applications Including (Collections, Cash Application) projects across the globe in an individual capacity.
- High Radius Credit application knowledge is nice to have.
- Help in configuration of the tool as per design
- Create and maintain product and operational related issues log, reporting on status as required by program structure.
- Be an expert of the client, understand their business functions and processes, communicate their needs to product teams.
- Help to build and improve the implementation, training methodologies and the tools needed for future implementations.
- Ensure application documentation is as per standard
Salary : $130,000 - $140,000
