Its what makes Nussbaum Group exceptional.We are looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Project Manager to oversee the year-round maintenance of the most exceptional landscapes in the Pacific Northwest. The Landscape Maintenance Project Manager is responsible for collaborating with the Maintenance Team Lead and team members who are working on the landscapes to ensure that the landscapes thrive. Project Managers are the main point of contact for the Client and are responsible for all communication with both the Client and with the Team Members in the field. They are also responsible for coordination with the Landscape Construction teams to ensure a smooth transition from landscape construction to landscape maintenance.This is a full-time position. We offer a full suite of competitive benefits which are outlined below.Responsibilities:Manages all aspects of Landscape Maintenance projects.Prepares, presents, and tracks budgets for maintenance projects.Communicates with clients, design team members, and subcontractors as well as Team Members in the field.Provides horticulture expertise, including plant knowledge and IPM, to the team and clients.Actively participates in horticulture, equipment, and safety training of field staff.Seeks solutions to steward our landscapes as they mature and change.Coordinates with Landscape Construction Teams to experience our sites as we build them and to transition the sites to maintenance.Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience as a landscape professional. A landscape related degree is a plus.3 years of high end residential client service experience within the landscape industry.Estate gardening experience a plus.Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel.
