Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming shopping atmosphere
- Assist customers by providing product information, conducting demos, and answering questions
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments
- Upsell products and suggest complementary items to enhance customer purchases
- Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to store standards
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online inquiries
- Support inventory management by conducting stock checks and managing product flow
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening actively, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
