We are currently seeking a Network Systems Manager. You'll have overall responsibility for managing, maintaining, and securing the Credit Union’s server, cloud, backup, and user technologies to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT assets. In this role, you'll be responsible for the oversight and development of staff and works closely with leaders across the organization to improve processes and member service. You will manage the staff and resources dedicated to supporting server, laptop and desktop hardware and software, virtual server/desktop environment, storage area network, active directory, cloud technologies, server and file backups, and endpoint management.
To thrive in this role, you should have five to eight years of similar or related experience and a Bachelors Degree in IT or Computer Science. This position is one part leadership and one part hands-on technical work. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to detail.
Key Skills and Experience:

Experience supporting and administering a virtual server environment, storage area network, other industry standard systems and devices, and implementing changes using planning and project management strategies.

Ability to build rapport with vendors and potential vendors to develop strong partner relationships.

Ability to develop and maintain cross-functional relationships to support departmental and strategic initiatives. Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, meet deadlines, deal with sensitive information and handle problem resolution.

Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to work with multiple levels of the organization.

Development, performance management, training, and employee counseling skills essential.

Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.

Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive innovative strategies and implement them in a timely, effective manner.

Ability to adapt quickly to change and proactively communicate. Experienced in MS Office programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and all internal systems as affiliated with the department
