We are currently seeking a Community Support Relations Support Specialist to join our organization. As a Community Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to the Community Relations department and AVP, assisting with Nusenda's volunteerism, community engagement, and charitable giving initiatives, to include support of the Nusenda's Foundation. You will provide logistical, communication, and administrative support for programs and events such as Adopt-A-Cause Community Day, Community Rewards Grant cycle, volunteer activities, donations drive, employee ambassador events, and cause-related giving campaigns. You will be responsible for maintaining applications and program documentation, Foundation Board documentation and minute taking, preparing check request and reports.
What You'll Do:
- Perform administrative duties as request to include but not limited to supporting Community Relations and Foundation program records, including grant applications, sponsorship request, volunteer activity documentation, and Board materials.
- Assist with preparation of Foundation Board meeting agendas, packets, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Support in administration of the sponsorship platform by processing request, maintaining date integrity, monitoring workflows, and generation reports.
- Track community investments, sponsorship commitments, grant awards, and volunteer participation metrics to support reporting, budgeting, and program evaluation.
What You'll Need:
- One to three years of similar or related experience
- Associate's Degree or completion of two-year degree or equivalent
Key Skills and Experience:
- Experience supporting community relations, corporate giving, nonprofit partnerships, volunteer programs, or sponsorship administration preferred.
- Proficiency with sponsorship/event management systems such as Wrike, data tracking and reporting tools.
- Highly organized with experience in business writing, scheduling, and internal/external relationship-building.
- Experience managing competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and providing exceptional service.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and internal systems
