POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Analyst will be responsible for supporting an enterprise process administration program in collaboration with the Manager, Portfolio Integration. The program includes developing and maintaining a unified enterprise process map, identifying and developing solutions to process gaps, and developing process and program documentation. The Process Analyst will work with internal organizations to capture individual process details, monitor adherence to the programmatic requirements, and perform analysis and reporting on program status and effectiveness.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Support development and maintenance of both the near-term and long-term enterprise level integrated process road map that allows NuScale to deliver products on budget and schedule.
  • Coordinate the identification, evaluation, and solution options for process interdependencies, including process handoffs and cross-cutting issues, while balancing individual department needs against corporate objectives that support planning and delivery of products and services.
  • Support development and analysis of specific policies, work practices, processes, systems, and procedures as needed to enable the Enterprise Process Administration program success.
  • Prepare process maps in online digital tools, write supporting documentation to support process management, and build data management models to track and monitor process metrics and data.
  • Perform analysis and reporting of adherence to program requirements, process changes, and effectiveness of NuScale processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Quality Assurance: Commits to the understanding and implementation of quality assurance regulations, standards and guidelines of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.

Minimum Skills, Qualifications And Abilities

  • Education/Certification: A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. degree. Preferred degree fields include Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, or Business Administration. Industry certifications from Associated of Business Process Management Processionals or equivalent and familiarity with project management processes is preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of full-time experience working in a process management role is required. Must be able to demonstrate high level communication, computer, presentation and interpersonal skills. Must be proficient with technical writing and spreadsheet creation. Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple work phases.
  • Industry Requirements: Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.

Pay And Benefits

The target pay range for this position is $99,175 - $119,694 annually. The full pay range is $88,915 - $139,073 annually.
