Nurtury is looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Enrollment Coordinator to keep our enrollment, billing, and family support operations running seamlessly. If you’re organized and love helping families, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit and enroll new families: keep children’s records accurate and up to date, assist families with registering for the state’s wait list, maintain master attendance records and prepare required reports
- Data collection and data entry for billing: vouchers, contracts, transportation, parent fees collection, DEEC, DCF and third-party payers
- Support the department with all compliance related matters as needed

You:
- Are Bilingual in Spanish/English (required)
- Are willing to travel locally as needed
- Are organized, detail driven, and great with people
- Are skilled in MS Office and other online systems
- Are experienced (1–3 years) in administration or customer support, ideally in a nonprofit

- Salary: $45,000 – $55,000
- Full Time, Monday – Friday Schedule
