Hiring in the Waxhaw, NC area for weekend care providers. Saturday/Sunday caring for elderly mother and father from 9am- 1pm.

Requirements

• Ability to ambulate, no lifting restrictions
• Maintains confidentiality about all clients, healthcare staff and documentation.
• Meets annual in-service requirements under Agency policy and state regulations.
• Maintains and enhances skill through attending appropriate staff development training
• Appearance is professional and complies with agency dress code.
• Maintains a cooperative manner towards client/family and all members of the healthcare team.
• Providing Companionship or sitting services
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring (ADLs)
• Laundry, changing linens
• Oral care, follow plan of care and Range of Motion exercises
• Transportation to appointments/appointment management (if necessary)
  
  

Applicants Must Have

• If applying for CNA, must have current NC CNA certification and in good standing
• CPR ( current) if not we offer classes
• Recent TB (negative) or Chest xray
• Minimum of 1 years of caregiver experience
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation (travel is required throughout the Charlotte and surrounding areas)
• Ability to work and or/ alternate weekends
• Bilingual a plus
• Pay is very competitive
