Role Description

Nurturing Nannies is seeking two experienced infant nannies for a current client placement in Rosemount, MN. In this on-site role, nannies will serve as the primary caregiver for one 6-month-old infant, leading the daily rhythm with warmth, intention, and full ownership of the baby's care, safety, and wellbeing.

This family follows a gentle parenting philosophy rooted in emotional attunement, screen-free play, and child-led exploration. They are looking for nannies who move at the baby's pace, plan creative screen-free activities, lead independent outings, and communicate proactively with the family at the end of each shift.

This family is in an exciting season of transition and values nannies who are adaptable, flexible, and steady for their little one through periods of change. At the conclusion of the initial 3-month commitment, the goal is for one of the two nannies to transition into a long-term position with the family.

• Children: 1 infant, 6 months
• Hours: 7:00am–7:00pm, 7 days/week (split between two nannies with flexible scheduling options available)
• Pay: $25–$33/hr DOE and fit
• Length: 3-month initial commitment, with one nanny staying on long-term

Qualifications

• Experience in Babysitting and providing professional Childcare
• Knowledge or background in Early Childhood Development
• Skills in Cooking and meal preparation for children
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with children of different ages
• CPR and First Aid certification is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to reliably commute to Rosemount, MN for on-site work
• Experience with creating safe, engaging, and nurturing environments for children
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the US
