Full Job Description
Nurturing Minds Health and Wellness Center is seeking compassionate, motivated, and client-centered Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our expanding behavioral health practice. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Coordinate care with referral sources and other providers as appropriate.
- Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings.
- Maintain compliance with all state, payer, and organizational requirements.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess one of the following Maryland licenses:
- LCPC
- LGPC
- LCSW-C
- LMSW
- LCADC
- LGADC
- LCMFT
- LGMFT
Additional Requirements:
- Active Maryland license in good standing.
- Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience with electronic health records preferred.
