Responsibilities

- Assist with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients.
- Perform procedures such as phlebotomy, catheter care, and gastric lavage when necessary.
- Provide care for patients with behavioral health issues and support their emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, medication adherence, and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance nursing skills.
Requirements
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing practices.
- Experience in critical care or assisted living environments is preferred.
- Skills in medical imaging techniques are a plus.
- Ability to perform dialysis procedures is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience with toddler care is beneficial for specific patient populations.
