Job Overview
We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our caring team in Staten island.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Monitor patient condition and report any changes
- Follow the plan of care
Requirements:
- Valid HHA or PCA certificate
- Up-to-date medical documents or willingness to obtain them
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Prior caregiving experience is a plus
- Compassionate, responsible and attentive to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow plans of care and work independently
- Languages: English, Spanish, Russian, Creole, Bengali, Arabic
