This role is ideal for someone who is outgoing, organized, and excited to grow into a senior business development leader as the company scales.Success in this role comes from consistency, strong follow-up, and the ability to build trust within the senior care community. What You’ll Do• Visit skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, hospitals, and social workers throughout the Bay Area• Build and maintain referral relationships• Attend networking events and community meetings• Generate new client referrals through consistent outreach• Track outreach activity and referrals• Work closely with leadership to support agency growth What We’re Looking For• 1–3 years experience in healthcare, senior care, community outreach, or relationship-based roles (preferred but not required)• Strong communication skills• Comfortable networking and building professional relationships• Self-motivated and organized• Willingness to work primarily in the field• Passion for serving seniors and families Compensation$55,000–$65,000 base salaryPerformance-based commission structureFull-time opportunity with a fast-growing companyPaid time off and company holidaysOpportunity for professional growth and leadership developmentCollaborative, mission-driven team cultureThe chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and families
