What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care - Landscaping Crew Leader and Crew Members position at Nurture the Nature Lawns and Landscapes?
Growing lawn care and landscaping company looking for crew leader and crew members. Position includes grass cutting and trimming, spring/fall cleanups, landscape installations, mulching, and fertilizing. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us and become part of our team - who will work well with others and put forth a great effort every day. Looking for someone to start immediately.
Knowledge of plants/weed identification/planting practices/horticulture a plus.
Full time or part time.
Candidates must be hard working and dependable, with valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Candidates must have working cell phone.
Work is Monday through Friday, with sometimes long days, and some Saturdays. Pay is based on experience - and we reward hard work, knowledge, and reliability.
Shop is located in Springdale, and jobs cover eastern Pittsburgh area, including Edgewood, Squirrel Hill, Shadyside, Fox Chapel, Penn Hills, and Monroeville.
CREW LEADER : A candidate for crew leader should have:
- Experience doing professional lawn care and landscaping
- Experience with equipment - mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Experience leading a team on weekly lawn maintenance, as well as completing a project

Compensation: Pay is based on experience and performance. Crew members start at $19/hour, and crew leaders will be $21-26/hour.
Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
