We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive ABA Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can confidently manage full-cycle recruitment for Behavior Technicians, RBTs, BCBAs/BCaBAs, Infant Stimulation Specialists, and Operations roles. You will work closely with HR, clinical leadership, and operations to support strategic hiring across multiple regions.

Position Summary
The ABA Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruitment, applicant flow management, and high-touch communication with candidates. This role requires a strong understanding of ABA roles, credentialing, school district onboarding, and regional staffing needs. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, highly responsive, and skilled at building trust with candidates and internal teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities-Full-Cycle Recruiting
Source, screen, and interview candidates across ABA positions (BT, RBT, BCBA/BCaBA roles).
Conduct structured prescreens to evaluate ABA experience, service-area fit, pay expectations, and availability.
Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
Partner with clinical leadership to present qualified candidates and align hiring with regional needs.
Candidate Experience & Communication
Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout every stage.
Coordinate interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer processes.
Respond to applicant inquiries regarding roles, expectations, and next steps.
Deliver a welcoming, supportive, and informative candidate experience.
Administrative & HR Support
Maintain accuracy within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Prepare and post job ads across Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, and other platforms.
Track credentialing requirements for schools, funders, and regional partners.
Collaborate with HR & Team Relations to ensure seamless handoff into onboarding.
Assist with new hire training coordination, documentation, and compliance tracking.
Support benefit eligibility tracking and communication for new hires.
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and organizational recruiting policies.
Data, Metrics & Process Improvement
Track weekly recruiting KPIs such as applicants received, qualified candidates, interviews, offers, and onboarding progress.
Identify trends in applicant flow and make recommendations to improve pipelines.
Support continuous process improvement within recruiting and HR workflows.
Requirements & Qualifications
Required
Minimum 2 years of ABA recruiting (Behavior Technician/RBT/BCBA pipelines).
Strong understanding of ABA roles, credentialing, pay structures, and regional staffing requirements.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
Experience with ATS platforms (Lever, Paycom, or similar).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Must pass FBI/DOJ background checks and TB screening.
California residency required.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
HR experience beyond recruiting (onboarding, compliance, credentialing).
Experience recruiting across multiple regions in California.
Familiarity with ABA industry funders, school placements, and credentialing requirements.
