Serving families throughout the San Fernando Valley within a 20-mile service radius.
Compensation is based on education, ABA certifications, and direct-service experience.
Master’s degree must be in Psychology, Education, ABA, Social Work, Child Development, or a related human-services field to qualify for the MA pay tier.

Qualifications:About the Role
The Behavior Technician (BT) provides direct, one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
This is an active, in-person clinical role focused on meaningful behavior change and skill development.
What You’ll Do

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy across home, school, and community environments

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA

Utilize evidence-based interventions including DTT, NET, PRT, FCT, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition programming
-
Support development of communication, social, adaptive, daily living, and emotional regulation skills
-
Collect and record accurate session data (ABC data, frequency, duration, prompting levels)
-
Maintain timely documentation aligned with BACB and company standards

Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team to ensure consistency and skill generalization

Deliver ethical, compassionate care grounded in ABA best practices
Schedule & Availability

Start Part-Time, with a pathway to Full-Time based on availability and client needs

Minimum 15 hours per week
Peak Hours:

Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Either Saturday or Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (one weekend day required)
Full-Time Hours:
Full-Time hours are dependent on client availability and business needs. Open availability (Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM and either Saturday or Sunday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM) greatly increases the likelihood of obtaining full-time hours.

What We’re Looking For

Completed BA/BS or MA/MS degree
-
Minimum 2 years of direct ABA experience under BCBA supervision
-
Reliable transportation and ability to travel within a 20-mile radius
-
Ability to pass FBI & DOJ background checks and TB testing
-
COVID-19 vaccination status may be requested depending on school or partner requirements
Nice to Have
-
Active RBT, ABAT, or BCAT certification
-
Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s program in ABA or related field

Bilingual (Spanish, ASL, or other languages spoken by client families)

Experience with CentralReach, Catalyst, or Rethink
-
Familiarity with PRT, NET, DTT, and FCT
-
CPR/First Aid certification
-
Interest in long-term growth toward BCBA certification
