Position Overview
Nurtura Healthcare is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) (bilingual preferred) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for a pediatric patient. This role is ideal for a nurse who values building meaningful relationships with patients and delivering personalized care in a home setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes in condition
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and family members
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and care techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of GA or has a compact license
- Minimum [1–2] years of nursing experience (home health or pediatric experience preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Current CPR/BLS certification
