- Correspondence and reporting.
- Operations Support
- Office operations, inventory.
- Internal coordination.
- Reporting and tracking systems.
- Business Development Marketing Support
- Referral tracking / CRM updates.
- Social media scheduling.
- Supporting the Business Development team.
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
- Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and other relevant tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
