- Provide nursing services within the scope of practice authorized by the license issued by the state for a Registered Nurse.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nurse diagnoses.
- Records all clinical and progress notes and enters them into the patient's permanent record files.
- Plan of care reevaluated needs and revised plan of care as necessary.
- Responsible for the clinical record of each patient receiving nursing care.
- All LPN duties related to home health care
- Vaild LPN license in the state of Florida
- Level 2 Background Check with AHCA
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Vaild Driver's License
- Proof of Citizenship
- Social Security Card
- COVID-19 Vaccination Card
- CPR/BLS Certification
- Ongoing in-service education
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours
- Bilingual is preferred
- Personal reliable transportation
