Nursing Rocks! Concert Series is on a mission to celebrate, elevate, and amplify the voices of nurses across the country—through live music, community impact, scholarships, and storytelling. Now, we’re launching an official Nursing Rocks! Podcast, and we’re looking for the right nurse to host it.
Not just any nurse.

About the Role
As the Podcast Host, you’ll be the face and voice of the Nursing Rocks! Podcast—leading engaging, authentic conversations with nurses, nurse leaders, healthcare executives, artists, and change-makers who are shaping the future of nursing and healthcare.
This role blends professional credibility with natural charisma, curiosity, and warmth. Think insightful conversations, real stories, meaningful laughs, and moments that truly resonate with nurses at every stage of their career.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re specifically seeking a nurse who brings:
- Proven nursing experience and strong professional credibility
- A track record that earns instant trust from fellow nurses
- Excellent communication skills (on-camera and on-mic)
- A natural ability to connect, listen, and lead conversations
- Confidence, authenticity, and a genuine love for storytelling
- A personality that is professional, relatable, and engaging
- Comfort interviewing guests ranging from bedside nurses to executives and entertainers
- Podcast experience is a plus—but personality, presence, and credibility matter most.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Hosting and recording podcast episodes (audio and video formats)
- Preparing thoughtful questions and guiding conversations
- Representing the Nursing Rocks! brand with professionalism and heart
- Collaborating with our production and leadership teams
- Helping shape the tone and direction of the podcast as it grows
