Nursing and Rehab at the Mansion is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services at our skilled nursing facility in Sunbury, PA. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a dedicated clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact while maintaining schedule flexibility.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services within your scope of practice
- Participate in evaluations and assist in developing personalized treatment plans
- Implement targeted interventions that support mobility, strength, and functional independence
- Document care accurately and communicate resident progress with the interdisciplinary team
What You'll Bring:
- Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Physical Therapist
- BLS certification
