As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated Field Recruiter to help expand our caregiver workforce and strengthen community connections.
What You’ll DoAs a Field Recruiter, you will be the face of NPH in the community, responsible for identifying caregiver candidates, building recruitment partnerships, and promoting our employment opportunities across NYC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct community-based recruitment of caregivers through field outreach.
- Build relationships with training programs, job centers, and community organizations.
- Represent NPH at job fairs, hiring events, and community programs.
- Present employment opportunities and promote the NPH brand.
- Work closely with HR to support a smooth caregiver onboarding process.
- Track recruitment activity and report on hiring progress.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of home care regulations and staffing needs.
- Experience in recruitment, community outreach, customer service, or healthcare (preferred but not required).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and professional.
- Comfortable traveling across all NYC boroughs.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Russian, Creole, Yiddish, etc.) are a plus.
- A positive attitude and genuine interest in supporting caregivers.
- Competitive salary: $50,000–$80,000
