Location: Lakeland, FL
Salary: $95,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of nursing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
Oversee nursing staff performance to maintain the highest care standards.
Act as a liaison between staff and management, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution.
Lead weekly wound rounds and actively participate in facility surveys.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
Qualifications:
Current, valid Florida RN license.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in skilled nursing or a similar healthcare setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
