Responsibilities
- We are looking for highly motivated and driven Sales Account Executives to join our growing team.
- As a Sales Account Executive, you would be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with clients in your designated territory.
- You are responsible for selling service agreements, as well as supporting existing clients to meet their staffing goals through effective use of NurseStat.
- Sell new client agreements by identifying current needs and trends.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
- Negotiate pay with clients/facilities.
- Monitor and analyze customers’ usage of our platform.
- Resolve conflicts from clients in a timely manner.
- Build strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Identify actions to improve sales performance and opportunities for growth.
- Assist Senior Account Managers with the oversight of Sales Scouts
- Assist Senior Account Managers with assigned tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
