What are the responsibilities and job description for the Traveling MRI Tech (Days/Evenings) needed in Rochester, NY position at NurseStar Medical Partners?
We are seeking an MRI Technologist to join our team. You must have an associate degree in magnetic resonance imaging or radiology; certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is a plus. Our ideal candidate knows how to operate the MRI machine efficiently, can make patients feel comfortable before and during the scanning procedure, and coordinates with the patient's physician to ensure the results are received in a timely manner. You also must be familiar with medical terminology and be able to stand for extended periods.
Start Date: Ideal candidate can start as early as 05/08/2023. Will take candidates that can start before or after
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday / 11:30am-10:00pm / 40 hours a Week
REQUIREMENTS
- Two (2) years Experience Required
- Certification through the ARRT or a similar organization
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BLS (AHA)
