EMR: Epic - Experience with Epic is strongly preferred but not required
Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday
- 8 hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid lunch (per New York State labor law).
- Occasionally scheduled Saturday coverage.
Additional Details:
- 15 patient slots per 8-hour day
- Primarily outpatient physical therapy, with occasional inpatient coverage for acute care and swing bed (rehab) settings.
General Outpatient:
- Pre- or post-operative orthopedic conditions (e.g., joint replacements, rotator cuff injuries, acute orthopedic injuries).
- Chronic conditions (e.g., arthritis, chronic pain, balance issues).
- Neurological conditions (e.g., CVA, TBI, Parkinson’s Disease).
- Sports-related injuries. Inpatient (occasional): o Acute care and swing bed rehabilitation cases.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Outpatient physical therapy experience.
- Prior travel experience is not required, but highly preferred.

- BLS

ABOUT THE FACILITY
Our Center is a 180-bed, acute care inpatient teaching facility in Cooperstown, New York. We offer 24-hour emergency and trauma care, comprehensive cancer and heart care, dialysis, and most medical and surgical specialties. The Clinic is located on the same campus as the medical center, and provides outpatient primary and specialty care.
