What are the responsibilities and job description for the School Nurse (R.N.)/Substitute Nurse (R.N.) POOL position at NURSES?

Must have a current Louisiana Nursing license (R.N.) Experience dealing with medically fragile children preferred. Advanced computing skills are required with proficiency in Microsoft Word as well as non-traditional software programs. Must have strong communication skills. Ability to work in a group environment and maintain high levels of confidentiality required. Must be able to perform duties professionally in stressful situations and be able to meet constant deadlines. Must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, school officials and employees, state and federal agencies and the general public.
