Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Faculty member, based in Nashville, TN. The Nursing Faculty will be responsible for developing and delivering nursing education, crafting curriculum, and teaching students to prepare them for careers in nursing and healthcare. Responsibilities also include providing student mentorship, evaluating academic performance, and fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment that promotes excellence in nursing education.
Reporting Structure: Shared role and reporting to Director of Nursing at NursesMC Nashville and the Director and the Coordinator of Allied Health to perform the duties required as Instructor of the Practical Nursing program and to perform related activities as directed.

d Experience: Associate Degree in Nursing required. Must hold active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Tennessee.
