Shift: rotating 8am, 11:30am, 12:30pm or 3:30pm start times
Submission Requirements:
• At least 2 years of previous Rad Tech experience [required]
• At least 1 travel contract completed [preferred]
• Epic experience [required]
• Average 15 patients a day.
• DR, OEC C-Arm, 3D C-Arm, GE Elite C-Arm, O-Arm [required]
• Not an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months [required]
Profile should include:
• Drivers License [required]
• Work history/resume [required]
• Skills checklist (must have been
completed within 1 year of submission date) [required]
• License verification [required]
• Copy of required certifications
• References - 1 supervisory reference
required at time of submission [required]
