Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, individualized patient care in a senior living environment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to assess, plan, and evaluate care
- Administer medications and document all treatments accurately
- Respond to changes in patient condition with appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures
- Assist with discharge planning and maintain proper documentation
- Start IVs, change dressings, and support physicians during exams
Requirements:
- Current, active, and unencumbered Colorado RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- CPR certification
- 1 year of RN experience
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic care environment and new settings
