NurseCore is seeking an overnight RN or LPN to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a 6-month-old male patient in the comfort of his home. If you have recent hands-on experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators, we'd love to hear from you! $1000 Sign-On Bonus!

- $1000 Sign-On Bonus!
- LPN: $29/hour
- RN: $40/hour
- Thursday, Friday, Sunday
- 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Manage tracheostomy, ventilator, airway care, suctioning, G-tube feedings, and medication administration.
- Monitor the patient's condition and respond appropriately to respiratory changes.
- Follow the physician's orders and individualized plan of care while working independently.
- Communicate effectively with the patient's family and NurseCore team.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation.
- Recent hands-on experience caring for patients with G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators.
- Active Nevada RN or LPN license.
- At least one year of post-graduate nursing experience.
- Current hands-on BLS/CPR certification.
- Negative TB test completed within the past year.
Salary : $29 - $40
