LVN for Home Care PM Shifts

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Full-Time Home Care

📍 Santa Barbara & Goleta

Nurse needed for a high-assist mobility client.

Shift: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays

Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

This case requires:

• Full assistance with transfers and mobility
• Ability to safely support a large-bodied client
• Comfortable working with a mobility-impaired adult
  
  

💲 $45–$50/hr $400 Sign-On Bonus

• Goleta: 7a–3p (Seizure precautions | Attend day program with client)
• Santa Barbara: 11p–7a (Overnight monitoring | Pulse oximetry) Shifts available 7 days a week — pick the schedule that works for you

Bonus for new hires only. First shift must be worked within 7 days of hire. 80 hours must be completed to receive the bonus.

What You'll Do:

• Provide direct nursing care in the patient’s home
• Monitor vital signs and perform assessments
• Administer medications and treatments
• Provide seizure precautions and overnight monitoring
• Communicate with supervising RN and care team
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain accurate documentation
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Current LVN license (State of California)
• CPR certification (in-person only)
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• TB/PPD or chest x-ray within the last 12 months
• 1 year of LVN experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
• Completion of skills assessment for areas of experience
