Key Responsibilities:
Deliver compassionate care to patients in oncology, long-term care, hospice, and home health settings
Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and utilize clinical tools to monitor patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Effectively communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Operate necessary medical equipment and maintain accurate patient records via electronic systems
Ensure patient comfort, safety, and well-being with a focus on personalized care
As a valued member of our NurseCore team, you’ll take on diverse assignments, providing top-quality care in various settings, including one-on-one patient care in homes. Your dedication will help ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and healthcare policies.
Requirements:
- Active FL state nursing license or certification (LPN/RN)
- Minimum of 1 year of supervised experience in the past 3 years
- AHCA Clearance
- Valid CPR card
