What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Care CNA (PRN fill-ins) position at NurseCore?
This is a per diem, as-needed position providing backup coverage for existing client cases when regularly scheduled CNAs are unavailable. Hours are not guaranteed and are based on staffing needs and client schedules.

- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing/undressing, and oral hygiene
- Assisting with transfers and positioning to wheelchair, bed, and vehicle, including use of assistive equipment
- Assisting with basic range of motion exercises, both passive and active
- Light housekeeping and tidying
- Meal preparation
- Occasional errands
- Other duties as assigned
Must have the following qualifications to be considered:
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
- At least one year of CNA or HHA experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid CNA license in the State of Nevada
- Current, hands-on CPR certification in compliance with AHA
- Negative TB test within the last 12 months
- Successful background check
- Hourly rate varies by patient - $20 to $22
