We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as our Clinical Director for our California licensed home health agency. This leadership role provides clinical oversight, ensures compliance with California Title 22 and CDPH regulations, and supports high-quality patient care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee admissions, assessments, care plan development, and discharges
- Ensure compliance with California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and Title 22 regulations
- Supervise and support RNs, LVNs, and Home Health Aides (including required training and competencies)
- Conduct home visits and provide skilled nursing services as needed
- Maintain quality assurance and survey readiness
- Communicate with physicians regarding patient status and orders
- Address patient complaints and uphold patient rights
- Support staffing, recruitment, and daily clinical operations
- Active, unencumbered California RN license (California is not a compact state)
- Minimum 2–4 years nursing experience, including supervisory experience
- Prior home health experience required
- Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and clinical assessment skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
