What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Home Care Nurse (RN or LPN) position at NurseCore Management Services, LLC?
NurseCore is seeking skilled Pediatric Nurses. Candidates should have experience with pediatric patients and G-tubes, be available for at least two 8–12 hour shifts per week, and have at least 1-year of post-grad experience.

Hourly Rate:
- RN: $38 – $40
- LPN: $24 – $27
- Provide G-tube feedings and care for a pediatric patient at home
- Monitor health and overall well-being
- Administer medications as directed
- Document care and note any changes in condition
- Support and guide family members
- Perform other nursing duties as needed based on the patient’s condition
- Active RN or LPN nursing license in Nevada
- 1 year of post-graduate work experience
- Experience with ped patients and Gtubes
- Current hands-on CPR certification
- Negative TB results within the last 12 months
- Successful completion of a background check
