What are the responsibilities and job description for the Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) position at NurseCore Management Services, LLC?
NurseCore is seeking Home Health Registered Nurses for private duty and per diem assignments. Shifts are 8–12 hours, mornings or overnights, depending on patients' needs and availability. Our patients range from pediatrics to adults. We ask that you commit to at least 16–24 hours per week.

Salary range: $38 - $40/hour.

What you'll do:
- Provide in-home care to patients with chronic health needs
- Manage G-tubes and, if comfortable, tracheostomies and/or ventilators for patients who require this level of care
- Perform other nursing duties as needed based on the patient’s condition
- Weekly or daily pay options and direct deposit

- Health and dental insurance after 6 months (for nurses working 30 hours per week)
- Active RN license in Nevada
- Minimum of one year post-grad clinical experience
- Proven experience in G-tube care
- Experience with ventilators and/or tracheostomies is a plus!
- Current hands-on CPR certification
- Negative TB test within the past year.
