Role Summary:
NurseAmerica is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) in Yakima, WA to join the Pediatrics Unit at a leading healthcare facility in Seattle, WA. This role is perfect for nurses passionate about pediatric care who thrive in a supportive, patient-centered environment.
You’ll work alongside a highly skilled interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care for children and their families, ensuring safety, compassion, and excellence at every step.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver safe, evidence-based care to pediatric patients.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians, families, and healthcare teams for optimal outcomes.
- Document patient status, treatments, and progress accurately.
- Provide patient and family education with empathy and professionalism.
What We Need from You:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current Washington RN license or Compact License (or eligibility prior to start)
- BLS certification (AHA)
- PALS certification (AHA)
- Minimum 1 year Pediatric RN experience (clinical rotations/residency do not count)
