Travel RN – MS/Tele Float (Night Shift)

Contract Dates: Jan 05, 2026 – Apr 08, 2026
Pay Package
- Estimated Weekly Gross: $2,400
- Weekly Stipend (Housing/Meals): $1,200
- Taxable Hourly Rate: $1,200
NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced MS/Tele Float Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Watertown, NY. This role requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and the ability to float across multiple inpatient units based on staffing needs.
Position Details
- Shift: 12-hour Nights (7p–7a)
- Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: January 05, 2026
- End Date: April 08, 2026
- Float Areas:
- MS 4 Pavilion
- MS 5 Pratt
- PCU
- Acute Inpatient Rehab (Ortho/Neuro)
- Patient Ratio: 1:5–6
- Common Diagnoses:
- Sepsis, COPD, CHF, post-op patients, general med-surg, plastics post-op, ALC (awaiting long-term placement)
- Required Drips: Heparin drips, Magnesium riders, Potassium riders
- EMR: Meditech (required)
Requirements
- Active New York State RN license (required)
- BLS & ACLS certifications (required)
- PCU experience highly preferred
- Must have completed at least one successful travel assignment
- (First-time travelers will NOT be considered)
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Strong assessment, prioritization, and delegation skills
- Ability to work in stressful, fast-paced environments
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and float as needed
Salary
$2,000 - $2,400 per week
