Duties
- Lead full-cycle recruiting processes for a diverse range of roles, including technical, executive, campus, and internal positions
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies utilizing social media management tools, HRIS systems such as Workday or PeopleSoft, and applicant tracking systems like iCIMS or Taleo
- Conduct comprehensive interviews, leveraging strong communication skills to assess candidate fit and potential
- Negotiate employment contracts and offers while ensuring compliance with employment & labor law regulations
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders to optimize talent pipelines
- Utilize cold calling techniques and lead generation methods to identify passive candidates and build talent pools
- Support onboarding processes through employee orientation programs and employee evaluation procedures
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and campus recruitment with a track record of successful placements
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively
- Proficiency in ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, iCIMS, or PeopleSoft; familiarity with HRIS systems like SAP or Kronos is a plus
- Knowledge of employment & labor law to ensure compliant hiring practices
- Experience with social media management for talent sourcing and employer branding initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently within a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Lever, UltiPro, ADP, Paychex, and Salesforce is advantageous
