What We Offer

- $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
- Flexible schedules
- 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
- 24/7 assistance related to client care
- In home care with private clients
- Perform skilled nursing tasks following physician orders and the care plan
- Monitor vital signs, assess client condition, and report changes to the RN
- Administer medications (oral, topical, subcutaneous, and intramuscular) following approved procedures
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care needs
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Service the Denver metro area
- Looking for all visit times (700-1500, 1500-2300, 2300-700) weekdays and weekends
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred, with community, home health, or medical/surgical experience a plus
- Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
- Current Colorado LPN license in good standing
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
- Must be able to legally work in US to apply for this position
- Valid driver’s license is required
