Home Health LPN – Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN / Contract

Nurse Kaysha Home Health Agency is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional LPN to provide direct patient care in the home setting in Jackson, Wyoming, and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for a nurse who is comfortable working independently, communicates clearly, completes documentation in a timely manner, and is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.

Job Overview:
The Home Health LPN will provide direct patient care to patients in their homes. The owner will oversee daily operations and coordinate most aspects of care, allowing this role to focus primarily on patient care and support.

Duties:

• Provide nursing care to patients in their homes within LPN scope of practice
• Perform patient visits and ongoing assessments
• Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Communicate with the owner regarding patient needs and updates
• Provide compassionate, professional care to patients and families

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification

• Home health experience preferred, but not required
• Must pass a drug test
• Must pass a background check

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
