And we are looking for a Client Experience Specialist, Care Coordinator & Scheduler who understands that this role is not just administrative — it is transformational.
The Mission Behind This Position
You will be the calm voice on the other end of the phone when families are in crisis.
You will:
- Respond to inquiries from families seeking guidance and support
- Conduct intake calls with empathy, clarity, and confidence
- Coordinate caregiver schedules with precision and urgency
- Ensure seamless communication between families and care teams
- Maintain documentation and follow-through with excellence
- Support long-distance family caregivers navigating complex situations
- Uphold concierge-level responsiveness and professionalism
