Leasing Agent
We're looking for a motivated, personable Leasing Agent to join our team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process and helping them find a place they're excited to call home.
What You'll Do
- Greet and tour prospective residents, showcasing available units, amenities, and community features
- Answer questions about pricing, availability, floor plans, and lease terms
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and text to convert leads into move-ins
- Assist with marketing efforts
- Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activity, and renewals
- Support resident retention through renewals and positive resident relations
- Ensure the leasing office, model units, and community common areas are clean and presentation-ready
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales-minded with the ability to close leases and meet occupancy goals
- Comfortable with leasing software and basic computer skills
- Prior leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Reliable, organized, and a team player
- Availability to work weekends as needed
