Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fiber Optic Technician at Nuphoton Technologies, Inc. located in Murrieta, CA. The Fiber Optic Technician will be responsible for Fiber splicing of various fibers (single mode, doped fibers and MM fibers), fiber management and product testing. Build and test fiber lasers/EDFA as per the Optical Schematic and test for product spec using optical power meter, Optical Spectrum Analyzer and Scopes.

Skills: organize, detail oriented and ability to work with limited supervision, familiar with fiber splicing and handling of fiber

Compensation: Based on Experience
Pay: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour
