What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salon Coordinator/Client support position at Nuovo Salon Spa?
Salon experience preferred but not required
We offer the ultimate salon experience We are looking for an experienced motivated professional that will be the first point of contact to our clients.
You will be responsible for:
Checking in/out clients in a professional and polite manner
Scheduling and confirming appointments, answering phone calls
Coordinate with stylists to ensure accurate scheduling
Maintaining the up keep of the salon
Duties include but not limited to: Laundry, light dusting, sweeping, organizing
These duties are completed when not assisting clients.
Must be flexible to work evenings and Saturdays required. This is a part time position
- This is an in person position
- In Person interview required
- There are occasional evenings that closing is 930 pm or 10pm.
