Role Description
This is not an introductory role. We are looking for experience and closers within this space specifically. This is a contract remote role for a A&R. The A&R will be searching for talent that qualifies for premium deals. Nuovo has a goal to do over 50 Million Dollars in deals this year as they have backed financing and funding in house to give out competitive deals compared to other major labels. You will be setting up calls with artists who qualify for a premium deal whether it be a distribution deal, publishing deal, record deal, royalty advance deal, or even a catalog buyout. Sometimes even a futures deal.

Pay Expectations
This is a commission paid role. However there is unlimited opportunity to make as much money as you want. In time after deals are being closed, a salary will be discussed depending.
