We are seeking experienced bussers for our Location in Lincolnwood.

· You will earn $9 - $15 an hour in Tips on top of your hourly pay. If you don't make at least $16 an hour in total pay, then we will pay the difference.

Qualifications

• We are not hiring for a "summer only" position. Please only apply if you are looking to work for at least 6 months.
• At least 18 years of age
• Experience bussing in a dining or an equivalent service environment preferred
• Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length
• Ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance; Stand or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift; Complete tasks that require repetitive motion
• Certified or willing to certify in Food Handling
• Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers and team members
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment

• Check in with customers and refill water, as needed
• Bussing and resetting tables
• Sweeping the floor under and around tables
• Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately as directed by the service team
• Polishing plates, silverware and glasses
• Performs cleaning and stocking closing tasks
• Adhere to all health and safety standards and policies
• Restocking the bussing stations
• Assisting servers as needed in their sections
• Various cleaning tasks during slow times
• Adhere to all Kosher regulations while at work as set forth by our certifying agency
