Job Title: Lawn Care Crew Member
Location: Immokalee, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays as needed)
Position Overview:
Nunez Lawn Care & Landscaping is seeking a reliable and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with lawn maintenance equipment and a strong work ethic to deliver high-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment, including riding mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and trimmers.
- Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general yard maintenance.
- Assist with landscape clean-ups, mulching, and other outdoor tasks as assigned.
- Ensure proper use, care, and routine maintenance of all equipment.
- Work effectively with team members to complete daily schedules.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards on every job site.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 year of lawn care or landscaping experience preferred.
- Proficiency in operating riding mowers, weed eaters, and blowers.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work long hours (6 AM – 5 PM).
- Valid driver’s license preferred, but not required.
- Bilingual preferred, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.25 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
