This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in Fresno, CA. The Legal Assistant will provide legal and administrative support to attorneys, including preparing legal documents, managing case files, coordinating schedules, and communicating with clients and relevant parties. Additional responsibilities include conducting research and ensuring efficient office operations to support legal services provided by the firm.
- Strong foundation in legal knowledge, including expertise in Law and Legal Assistants tasks
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and reviewing related materials
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, legal professionals, and team members
- Experience in providing Administrative Assistance and organizing office workflows efficiently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in using legal research tools and office software
- Associate’s degree or higher in a related field preferred
- Prior experience in a legal or professional service environment is a plus
